Title: Commercial Services – HVAC Team Member

Reports to: Commercial Services – HVAC Team Leader

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus performance based incentives and company sponsored benefits

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday between 6:30AM and 5:30PM (including ½ hour for lunch) depending on client requirements. (After hours and some Saturday work, as needed, to meet client demands)

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader and lead others by your example
    • Understand the Company’s vision, mission, values, goals and action plans
    • Help Communicate the Company’s vision, mission, values, goals and action plans to our other Commercial HVAC Team Members and the Company’s internal and external stakeholders
    • Help ensure all Commercial Services – HVAC Team Members are committed to the Company and Business Unit’s vision, mission, values, goals and action plans

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate communication with your Team Leader, our clients, dispatch, warehouse and accounting personnel, as required
  • Provide Best-In-Class service quality to every client
  • Build “Customer for Life” relationships with all of your internal and external customers
  • Assist other LBA Team Members (Residential Services and Construction Services), as needed
  • Safeguard and maintain the company’s tools and inventories
  • Maintain our Business Unit’s vehicles (inside and outside) on a daily basis
  • Participate in all applicable Company and Business Unit sponsored training, safety and administrative meetings
  • Adhere to the Business Unit’s policies regarding after hours and Saturday service coverage
  • Other duties as requested

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all assigned Commercial Services client requests in a timely manner
  • Diagnose a wide range of HVAC equipment and HVAC systems failures
  • Provide clients with proposed solutions to the problems identified during your evaluation process
  • Provide clients with a written proposal detailing the cost to correct the problems identified in your evaluation process
  • Obtain a client signed authorization to complete any or all work detailed in your proposal
  • Complete all authorized repairs/replacements in accordance with the Business Unit’s quality standards
  • Provide clients, on an as needed basis, a detailed proposal listing the cost to repair or replace parts or equipment which are near the end of their service life or are in need of replacement
  • Complete any additions work which has been authorized, in writing, by the client
  • Follow-up with all unexecuted client proposals to determine the client’s desire to complete any previously unauthorized work
  • Ensure the work and surrounding area is clean before leaving the client location
